Unauthorized Offers of Attendee/Member Lists
If you receive an email with an offer to purchase NDTMA's member or attendee list, please know that these offers are not legitimate and are often phishing scams. NDTMA takes actions to shut down the senders of these offers. Please rest assured that NDTMA takes the security of member and attendee data very seriously.
Unsolicited Conference Hotel Deals and Offers
NDTMA continues to receive reports that wholesalers (brokers, travel agents, who are not affiliated with NDTMA nor the Golden Nugget) have been contacting attendees offering great deals on hotels for our events. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to the NDTMA negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. NDTMA reminds its attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these room brokers/travel firms. The only way to secure hotel accommodations at the NDTMA rate is to book directly with the conference property through our link or via direct call to the Golden Nugget.
